First of all take a Kadai/Pan and pre-heat it.
Add 1 tbsp ghee in the pan
Add 1 cup of semolina in the pan
Fry the semolina in the ghee and keep stirring the semolina continuously. Fry it until it turns golden brown or simply frying for 1 to 2 minutes is enough.Turn off the flame and let it rest.
Now take a stainless steel pot, add add 2 to 3 cups of water in it and boil it and after that let it rest.
Now take a pan again and pre-heat it.
Add cooking oil and cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1-2 minutes
Now add curry leaves, chopped onions, chopped green chilli and saute until the colour of the onions change
Add peanuts and saute.
Then add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and a little bit of salt and saute until the tomatoes turns mushy
Now add the roasted or fried semolina in the pan
Mix it properly
Now add about one cup of water in the pan and mix it properly
Again add one cup of water in the pan and mix it properly
Then add salt it and mix it properly as well
Now cover the pan with a lead and let it cook for 2 minutes on low-medium flame
