At Tasty and Zesty, we partner with Printify to fulfill all orders through their global network of print providers. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIME

• Order Processing: 2-7 business days

• Production varies by product type:

  – Mugs: 1-3 business days

  – Apparel (T-shirts, Sweatshirts): 2-7 business days

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

• You will receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING:

• Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days after production

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production  

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production (where available)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• Standard International: 7-15 business days after production

• Varies by destination country and customs processing

We ship worldwide through our print provider network. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Your shipping address

• Weight and size of items ordered

• Selected shipping method

• Our system uses real-time shipping rates from our print providers

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

• All orders include tracking information

• You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships

• Track your package through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

• We cannot change addresses once an order enters production (typically within 24 hours)

• We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office

• Contact us at tastyandzesty@gmail.com if your package is confirmed lost

• We will work with you and our shipping partners to resolve the issue

DELIVERY ISSUES

• Damaged packages: Contact us immediately with photos

• Incorrect delivery location: Provide proof from carrier if available

• We will investigate and provide appropriate resolution

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

• You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees

• Some countries may have restrictions on certain products

• Refused packages due to customs fees will not be refunded
