Thank you for shopping with Tasty and Zesty! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we have a limited return policy outlined below.
RETURNS ACCEPTED
We only accept returns for the following reasons:
• Defective products (manufacturing defects, misprints, or quality issues)
• Damaged products (items damaged during shipping)
• Wrong item sent (we sent you an incorrect product)
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Ordering wrong size, color, or design
• Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
RETURN TIMEFRAME
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
If you believe your item qualifies for a return:

2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the defect or damage
3. Provide a detailed description of the issue
4. We will review your request within 24-48 hours
RETURN SHIPPING
• For defective, damaged, or wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
• You are not responsible for return shipping costs for our errors
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
REFUND PROCESS
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original PayPal payment method
• Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account after we process them
• PayPal may take additional time (up to 30 days for credit cards) depending on your payment method
• You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
REPLACEMENTS
For defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion. Replacements will be produced and shipped within 2-7 business days.
